How do I take care of my bags?
Our bags may be professionally dry cleaned unless labeled "Wash Only". If your bag is only slightly soiled from the natural oils on your hands, we suggest you purchase fabric or upholstery cleaner at a market or drug store and follow the directions for use.
What do I do if my dog or cat eats my bag handles or I break a handle?
If your bag has wood handles, call 1-800-759-9469 and order a replacement.
